Enock Osei-Adade - Head of Accounting Advisory
As the Head of Accounting Advisory at EUSAH Consult, Enock plays a key role in shaping financial strategy and delivering tailored accounting services to client organisations across the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
His expertise spans strategic financial planning, grants administration, risk management, statutory compliance, and investment advisory. At the helm of the advisory team, he is widely recognised for building resilient financial structures, mentoring finance professionals, and providing sound guidance that helps client organisations achieve operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
In addition, Enock leads the firm’s accounting services portfolio, providing specialised support in financial reporting, audit preparation, and systems optimisation to ensure clients meet both regulatory requirements and international best practice.
Enock is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). Academically, Enock holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK, and an MPhil in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management from KNUST.
