Henry Agyemang Boateng is a Partner at EUSAH Consult, bringing with him over two decades of professional experience in the public sector industry and corporate governance reforms.
Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in advising government institutions, state-owned enterprises, and private organizations on policy development, institutional strengthening, and the implementation of governance frameworks.
His expertise spans strategic planning, public financial management, regulatory compliance, and organizational restructuring, with a strong track record of supporting reforms that enhance accountability, efficiency, and transparency. Henry’s leadership and commitment to excellence have positioned him as a trusted advisor in driving sustainable governance improvements and institutional transformation.
Henry is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Directors, Ghana and the Chartered Management Institute, as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Finance from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
